1. How do I receive my Reiki Attunement?
When you purchase an attunement from our store, you are buying a comprehensive digital PDF manual. Once you read through the manual and feel ready, the energy attunement is already sent to you remotely via the White Light / Chi Ball / Orb of Life method. You can call in the energy whenever you are relaxed and ready to receive it. Please note that we do not offer attunements via Skype or live one-to-one video calls or at an appointed time.
2. How do I download my PDF manual?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an automated email with your download link. You can also log in to the “My Account” page on our website to access your purchased PDFs. Please note that download links are valid for 30 days.
3. Do I need prior experience to buy these attunements?
It depends on the specific attunement. Many are perfect for beginners, while some Master-level attunements require basic Usui Reiki knowledge. Please read the specific product description before purchasing. If you have any confusion please contact us before buying,
4. What format are the files in?
All manuals are delivered in standard PDF format in English. If you require a manual in another language, please email us after your purchase.
5. Do you provide certificates?
No, we do not provide certificates for these digital attunements. Our focus is entirely on your personal spiritual growth and the transmission of the healing energies.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and Stripe (Credit/Debit cards). All attunements are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD), but you can pay from any country. PayPal or Stripe will automatically convert the currency for you.
8. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are digital PDF downloads and energetic chi balls that are provided immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for online spiritual teaching. The only exception is under the Consumer Rights Act if a download link is faulty and cannot be repaired.

We provide full email support for our students. We do not offer online video or telephone correspondence for support.
13. When will you reply to my email?
We operate on Australian time, Tuesday–Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding holidays). We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Emails sent late Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will be handled the following Tuesday.

We collect personal information (like your name and email) solely for order fulfillment and customer support. We store it securely and do not share it with third parties. As a student, you are responsible for tracking your own attunements, as our Academy deletes information after attunements are given to protect your privacy.
