There’s nothing better than feeling truly loved, appreciated, admired and respected. These feelings help us go through life with our heads held high. But there’s a big secret that you may (or may not) know, we are the only ones who can make ourselves feel this way because the real sense of true love and the love of the self comes from within. Yes, of course we can appreciate, and rise from, the love of another, but when we lack love for ourselves, we are less able to accept love and we inhibit our capability to radically give love to ourselves! As we grow older, time seems to move ever faster and the task list seems to grow ever longer, self-care and love may easily be pushed to the bottom of the list, but it is so important to love ourselves first before we give any attention to others. While there are a million ways to practice self love, I will be focusing on daily practices that you can do to love up on your mind, body and soul in just a few minutes.

The Self Love Flush has been channeled in such a way that it is an open ended attunement. This means that as you progress on your spiritual path and continue to work with this energy you will gain new insights and awareness in how you will personally use them. You are not limited by the protocols given in the manual and as I always teach students at the Academy, you must use the manuals as a guideline in how you will work with the energies. The best way to get the most from this and any energy system is to work with the energies and use them in ways which are not mentioned in the manual. This is a significant advantage over other similar attunements. Due to the open ended nature of the attunement, there is always the potential for new functions to make themselves known to you and your needs so you are always encouraged to be creative to make sure you get the most out of them.
